Shelley Golan is a venture advisor and serial founder with deep expertise in venture finance, banking, and strategic partnerships. As Senior Director of Relationship Management at Mercury, she manages a 10-figure book of business comprised of venture-backed, high-growth startups, advising them on asset management, financing, and strategic growth. She built Mercury’s ClimateTech vertical and launched the firm’s family office partnerships, bridging next-gen technology investments with family offices to drive capital and innovation. Her current focus is on deeptech, defense, and alternative energies, supporting the next wave of transformative technologies.
She is the co-founder of Potomac Growth, the preeminent campaign partner for leading equity crowdfunding platforms Wefunder and StartEngine, helping startups raise and scale through innovative financing strategies. In 2015, she co-founded the NYC Agriculture Collective, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to advancing urban farming and AgTech, which produces NYC AgTech Week, the industry’s leading annual event.
A former accelerator leader, she has helped scale 60+ startups from seed to Series A across New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
